With exams fast approaching, do you want to fly through Finals and also learn to present clinical cases and discuss management plans properly?
Finalmed is THE Course for Clinical Students. In fact it is the only course you need. We will teach you to think and talk like the doctor you are about to become.
We're not going to sit here and tell you why exam pressure is mounting, because while it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from, it is very real. A few short years ago, we were in your shoes. Now we're the examiners, and as an examiner, we're sick of watching talented students fail to reach their potential. It frustrates us to see promising Finalists falter in the exams and fall at the last hurdle.
Also, the only way to be certain of your degree is to explore every option to position yourself ahead of the game. Even if you don’t go the extra mile, you know that others will. How will you come out ahead?

Medical students and junior doctors flounder because they haven't been taught how to take a logical approach to clinical cases. They can't distil their knowledge into a management plan for the patient in front of them at that moment in time - be that the long case, PACES, OSCEs, Ward Round, A&E or in clinic.
That's why we've created Finalmed.
Finalmed is the course that gives superior preparation to guarantee you'll never stall in your Clinical Presenting.
Clinical Presenting is not merely a set of polished and rehearsed words. It is key to good patient care and to success in medical exams. Clinical Presenting is the skilful synthesis of a large amount of clinical information into a clear simple presentation. In just one weekend, Finalmed will teach you and help you to perfect these skills.
In the mornings, interactive focussed lectures cover the important topics in Medicine and Surgery. Our experienced and enthusiastic lecturers will take you through the vital information in simple systematic schemes. In the afternoons, our students go through the Finalmed Carousels where they consolidate what they have learned.
While others will tell you it's possible to ‘get away with' less, Examiners agree that the quality of finalists' clinical presentations will be what sets the "CLINICALLY EXCELLENT" ahead of the "MERELY COMPETENT".
We hope to see as many of you as possible on the Finalmed Courses, however places are limited. They have to be. The key to our students' successes (and over the years our students have written back to tell us about their marks, merits and distinctions) is the individualised personalised feedback they get in the Carousels. In order to maximise your learning we have a strict limit to the number of students in each carousel and therefore on each course.
This content is glossed over everywhere else - even in Medical Schools, yet is the yardstick by which you will be assessed in Finals and beyond.
