It is the first teaching that I have received regarding linking history, examination into our presentation. Often we are told to be thinking of our differential diagnosis as we work, never before have I actually been taught how to structure this thinking...
...I think to have done this course 3 years ago would have made my outlook on and experience of medical school immeasurably more positive.
